Hobbit-holes and the delightful rolling hills of the Shire are engraved onto the silver. A mirror-finish sky and an antique finish completes this unique design. Created in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, the coin is made from .999 pure silver and is legal tender. The effigy of Queen Elizabeth II can be found on the obverse. It arrives nestled in velvet, inside a themed, modern and compact box. A Certificate of Authenticity is printed on the back of the box which also carries the coin's unique number in the mintage.
