Shipping Policy

WhiteTreeStore.com Shipping Policy

At WhiteTreeStore.com, we aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding order processing, international shipping, delivery times, customs requirements, and returns.

By placing an order with WhiteTreeStore.com, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and international shipping conditions described below before completing your purchase.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary by several days depending on the destination country, local postal service, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers acknowledge and agree to these estimated shipping times before completing their purchase.

Please note that delivery estimates generally begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, it enters our processing and fulfillment system.

Orders may be processed quickly after purchase, and for this reason, orders cannot always be cancelled or modified once they have entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully before completing checkout, including:

  • product selected;
  • quantity;
  • size;
  • color;
  • shipping address;
  • email address; and
  • telephone number.

International Fulfillment

WhiteTreeStore.com works with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners located in different countries.

Depending on the product ordered, your merchandise may be shipped directly from a manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment facility located in countries including:

  • Japan
  • China
  • United States
  • Pakistan
  • and other international fulfillment locations.

Because products may originate from different warehouses, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one package.

Receiving multiple packages does not necessarily mean that part of the order is missing.

Tracking information may also be issued separately for different parcels.

Shipping Carriers

Most packages delivered within the United States may be handled by USPS during final delivery.

For international deliveries, shipping partners may include:

  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Cainiao Global
  • national postal services;
  • local courier companies; and
  • other international logistics providers.

The carrier shown during the early part of transportation may differ from the company responsible for final delivery.

For example, an international carrier may transport the parcel to your country and then transfer it to your local postal service.

Customers should monitor their tracking information carefully.

Some packages may require:

  • collection from a local post office;
  • customs clearance;
  • confirmation of identity;
  • payment of local import charges; or
  • additional delivery information.

Shipping Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address written in English or Latin characters, unless otherwise required by the destination country.

Customers must also provide:

  • a valid email address;
  • an active telephone number;
  • the correct postal or ZIP code;
  • apartment or unit information where applicable; and
  • any additional information required by the local carrier or customs authority.

WhiteTreeStore.com cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or missing information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Brazil, Chile, and South American Countries

Certain countries in South America require additional identification information for international shipments and customs processing.

For shipments to Brazil, customers may be required to provide:

  • their full legal name; and
  • a valid CPF number.

For shipments to Chile and certain other South American destinations, the local carrier or customs authority may request:

  • the recipient's full legal name;
  • national tax or identification number;
  • telephone number;
  • email address; or
  • other customs-related information.

Customers are responsible for supplying any information required by the destination country's customs or postal authorities.

If required information is missing, we may contact the customer before dispatch. Shipping may be delayed until the necessary information is received.

If the customer does not provide required customs information, the order may be delayed, returned, or unable to clear customs.

Customs, Import Taxes, VAT, and Duties

International tax and customs rules vary significantly between countries.

Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to:

  • import duties;
  • customs fees;
  • VAT;
  • GST;
  • sales tax;
  • brokerage fees;
  • handling charges; or
  • other government-imposed fees.

How these charges are collected depends on the destination country and the specific shipment.

In some countries, applicable taxes may be collected during checkout.

In other countries, taxes or import duties may be charged by the carrier or customs authority when the package enters the destination country.

WhiteTreeStore.com does not control the tax laws, customs regulations, or import thresholds of individual countries.

Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We recommend checking local import rules before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential charges.

Refusing to pay legally required import charges may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

Any refund in such circumstances may be reduced by shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred by WhiteTreeStore.com.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs.

Customs authorities operate independently from WhiteTreeStore.com and shipping carriers, and we cannot guarantee how quickly an individual package will be cleared.

A customs delay does not mean that an order has been lost.

Customers should continue monitoring tracking updates and cooperate with any requests made by the courier or local customs office.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may occasionally take several days to appear after the shipping label is created.

International tracking may also pause while the parcel is:

  • travelling between countries;
  • awaiting customs clearance;
  • being transferred between carriers; or
  • entering the destination country's postal network.

These gaps do not necessarily indicate that the parcel has stopped moving.

Customers are responsible for checking tracking information and responding promptly if the carrier requests additional information or collection from a local facility.

February Orders Delay Notice

Orders placed during February may be subject to an additional three-week fulfillment delay.

During such a delay period, February orders may not begin shipping until approximately February 23rd, depending on the specific year, manufacturer availability, holiday schedules, and fulfillment conditions.

Orders affected by this period will generally be processed in chronological order.

If this temporary delay policy applies, customers acknowledge the additional expected processing period when placing an order.

Delivery Attempts and Local Post Offices

Some international parcels may not be delivered directly to the customer's address.

Depending on local postal procedures, a package may instead be:

  • held at a nearby post office;
  • sent to a collection point;
  • held by customs;
  • redirected to a parcel locker; or
  • held after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting the package before the local carrier's holding period expires.

Failure to collect a parcel may result in it being returned to the sender.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are generally accepted only in accordance with the conditions described below.

If a product arrives with a substantial defect, damage, or another significant issue, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receipt.

Where possible, concerns involving damage or defects should be reported within seven days of delivery, together with clear photographs or other supporting evidence.

Our customer service team will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution.

Customers should carefully confirm the correct:

  • product;
  • size;
  • color;
  • measurements; and
  • specifications

before purchasing.

Returns based solely on choosing the wrong size, color, or product variation may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Customers should review measurements shown within each product description.

If measurements are not provided and you need additional information, please contact us before purchasing.

45-Day Return Period

Our standard return policy lasts 45 days from fulfillment of your purchase, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

If more than 45 days have passed since fulfillment, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for an approved return, the item generally must:

  • be unused;
  • remain in the same condition in which it was received;
  • include all original parts and accessories; and
  • be returned in its original packaging where applicable.

A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase may be required.

Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer unless WhiteTreeStore.com specifically instructs you to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of merchandise may not be eligible for return.

These may include:

  • gift cards;
  • downloadable software or digital products;
  • perishable goods;
  • food products;
  • flowers;
  • newspapers or magazines;
  • intimate or sanitary goods;
  • certain health and personal care products;
  • hazardous materials;
  • flammable liquids or gases; and
  • other items excluded for hygiene, safety, legal, or practical reasons.

Additional restrictions may apply to customized, personalized, made-to-order, or clearance products where clearly stated on the product page.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted.

Examples may include:

  • books showing clear signs of use;
  • opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records;
  • merchandise returned without original packaging;
  • merchandise with missing components;
  • merchandise damaged for reasons unrelated to our fulfillment process;
  • merchandise showing significant wear after delivery; or
  • items otherwise returned in a condition different from that in which they were originally received.

The amount of any partial refund will depend on the condition of the returned merchandise and the circumstances of the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by WhiteTreeStore.com, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning merchandise.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

If a return is approved, customers should follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Sending an item to an incorrect address or directly to a manufacturer without authorization may prevent us from properly receiving or processing the return.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Shipping delays are not automatically considered lost packages.

Before a parcel can be treated as lost, we may need to wait for the carrier's investigation or for the expected international delivery window to expire.

If a package is returned to sender because of:

  • an incorrect address;
  • failure to collect;
  • missing customs information;
  • unpaid import charges;
  • failed delivery attempts; or
  • refusal of delivery,

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or return costs.

Multiple-Item Orders

Because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or countries, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

For example, one product could ship from Japan while another ships from the United States or China.

Each parcel may have a different:

  • tracking number;
  • carrier;
  • transit time;
  • customs route; and
  • delivery date.

Customers should therefore not assume that an order is incomplete simply because only one parcel has arrived.

Agreement to Shipping Terms

By placing an order with WhiteTreeStore.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you have reviewed the estimated shipping times before purchasing;
  • Standard Shipping generally takes approximately 3–4 weeks;
  • Express Shipping generally takes approximately 1–2 weeks;
  • international shipments may experience customs or carrier delays;

  • you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, and related import charges where applicable; and

By completing checkout, you confirm your acceptance of this Shipping Policy and the shipping conditions applicable to your order.

WhiteTreeStore.com reserves the right to update this policy when shipping providers, fulfillment locations, customs requirements, or operational procedures change.
